評茶五步驟 Five Tips to Grade a Cup of Tea

外觀,水色,香氣,茶韻,葉底
1.?外觀:茶葉茶湯倒出前,先觀察茶葉外觀。
2.?水色:茶湯倒出,評定茶湯水色。
3.?香氣:以鼻吸一到三次,評鑒香氣。
4.?茶韻:取茶湯含入口中,以舌尖不斷振動湯液。
5.?葉底:審視葉底的色澤、老嫩、均一性及發酵程度適當與否。
 
Appearance,  Color, Aroma, Flavor, Leaf Condition.
 
Evaluate the look of tea leaves prior to brewing and the
look of tea color in the bowl after brewing. Evaluate the
aroma with one to three sniffs over the cup.
Hold a generous sip of tea in your mouth and draw air in
while vibrating the tip of your tongue. Evaluate the color ,
tenderness, and fermentation level of brewed leaves.
